This is in Ljubljana’s Koseze neighborhood, northwest of the city center. When I approached these condos on my early evening bike ride yesterday, I felt as though I was stepping onto an architect’s colorful clay rendering of the area before it was built.
The man-made pond is part of the Tivoli-Rožnik Hill–Šiška Hill Regional Park and adjacent to the 33 kilometer Path of Remembrance and Comradeship, or Pot spominov in tovarištva, which encircles Ljubljana. (More on the latter another time.)
All things considered, Koseze is my favorite corner of the Slovenian capital. Another shot of the same area below.
