Construction: Panama City’s Cinta Costera III Highway – Stock Image Gallery

Images from an early phase of construction of the $800 million Cinta Costera III highway project, a ring road built over water around Casco Viejo, Panama City’s colonial historical district, a neighborhood that’s part picturesque and part gritty, protected by its status as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

These images were taken in June 2013, the marine viaduct highway was completed and opened in April 2014.
