Colombia produced 7.98 million metric tons of fruit in 2010, a near three-fold increase since 1970. Some 50kg is represented on this street vendor’s stand in Medellin.

    The fruits that the person is grabbing in the picture is a very popular fruit in Haiti. Do you know what it’s called in English by any chance ?

      I’m pretty sure it’s mamoncillo, or Spanish lime, which is common through Central America, northern parts of South America and the Caribbean.
