More specifically, a chef on the Last Hope Sound, or Seno Ultima Esperanza, in Chilean Patagonia.
He’s the resident chef at the Estancia Perales, located in one of the most serene settings imaginable, who prepared a traditional Patagonian parrillada, or barbeque on the return from a boat trip to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers in the Southern Patagonian Ice Field.
