This week’s inductee to the planet’s largest repository of blighted mannequins was spotted in a small shop on Calle Cuenca just a block north of the Plaza de San Francisco in Quito’s historical center. I like how the nice tie he’s wearing really directs your attention away from the cracking neck and temple area.
