Security Guard, Museo Universitario Charcas, Sucre

As some security forces go, she wasn’t a very intimidating one. Helpful as a matter of fact.

This was taken in the anthropological section of the Museo Universitario Charcas in Sucre, Bolivia, one section of four that this museum is divided into. Home to what I’ve dubbed as ‘The Mummies of Sucre’, it was the most fascinating to me. In case you missed it, check out the original post, oh-so-cleverly entitled, “The Mummies of Sucre“.

For the record: today’s Pic du Jour, the site’s 1,198th straight, was snapped in Sucre, Bolivia, on 15 April 2013, four years ago today.
